Dale Turner here, your trusty Yorkshire-based wedding photographer. Today, I’d like to talk about a significant step in your wedding planning process: How do we secure our booking?
Once you’ve decided that Dale Turner Photography is the right fit for capturing your special day, securing your booking is a simple and straightforward process.
Firstly, we’ll go through a contract together. This contract outlines the services you’ll receive, the costs, and the terms and conditions that protect both of us. I believe in transparency, so I’ll ensure everything is clearly explained, and you feel comfortable with what’s outlined.
After we’ve gone through the contract, a non-refundable deposit of £150 is required to secure your date officially. This deposit ensures that your wedding date is firmly booked in my calendar, and I won’t take any other bookings for that day. I believe in offering a dedicated service, so once your booking is secured, my focus for that day is solely on capturing your love story.
The remaining balance for your wedding photography package is due no later than 28 days before your event. This allows us to have all the formalities taken care of well before your big day, so we can focus entirely on capturing those magical moments when the day comes.
