I had an amazing time photographing Rachel & Beth's wedding at Weetwood Hall. They are such a genuinely lovely couple and I'm so pleased their big day was such a huge success.

How did you Choose your Venue?
"We checked out a few wedding venues, including an outdoorsy one - but the moment we walked into Weetwood Hall we knew it was the one. Wonderful friendly staff, fabulous building, great rooms."
"Dale did the most INCREDIBLE job of photographing our wedding. I honestly can't imagine anyone who could have done a more professional, friendly, amazing job. He put everyone at ease and not long after the wedding we had a spectacular wedding gallery to view... thank you so much Dale, for being our go to guy on our special day."

Tell me About the Proposal
"Rachel orchestrated the whole thing. She organised a weekend away in Ilkley where she and I first became girlfriends and booked the honeymoon suite. We walked up to the Cow and Calf and Rachel got down on one knee and proposed. Some passing dogs tried to get involved!"
How did you Choose Your Dress?
"I chose the second wedding dress I tried on at the first boutique. It was a lovely little place in Easingwold near York. It was slightly over budget, but perfect."
Tell me about the Flowers and Bouquet
"We actually had Lego wedding flowers and bouquet...! Rachel is a Lego lover and made up all of them. They were beautiful."
How did you Personalise your Day?
"The Lego flowers helped to personalise things! We also gave wedding speeches over the dinner. We bought special confetti from a young lad and his sister who make it for pocket money."
How did you Choose your First Dance Song?
"Beth chose the walking down the aisle song, Rachel chose the song for the first dance. We went for Natural by S Club 7!"
Best Wedding Moment?
"So hard to choose...! Probably hearing my favourite romantic song, Crystal by Stevie Nicks, playing as I walked down the aisle, saying "I do", and spending time and dancing with friends, family and each other."

"Start planning early! There are so many details to sort out and it is easier if you can stagger it out a bit. Tap into each other's strengths and key skills."
Which is your Favourite Wedding Photo?
"So many. Dale is an amazing photographer and did an incredible job. I loved the black and white photo of Rachel and I together, the one where we are holding hands and the candid shots of guests."
Which Moment do you Wish you Could Relive?
"All of it!!"
What would you do Differently?
"None of it! It was a perfect day."
